1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are subject to 10–20 business days of processing time (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak sale periods) before shipment. This includes order verification, inventory picking, quality inspection, and packaging for your clothing items.
- During flash sales, new collection launches, or holiday seasons, processing time may extend to 10–20 business days; we will update the Site and notify customers accordingly.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin counting after the order has been shipped (not when the order is placed).
Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number to the email address you provided.

Allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking systems to update status after shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)
Orders shipped outside may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- We have no control over customs policies and cannot predict or cover these fees.
- Failure to pay customs duties may result in package return, abandonment, or disposal; we are not responsible for reshipment or refunds in these cases.
5. Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it:
Please contact your local postal carrier first to inquire. Then notify our support team at service@Uslinktop.com with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with carrier investigation.
- If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier:
We will reship your order or issue a full refund at your choice.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered to the address you provided.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Packages marked undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer will be returned to our warehouse.
- We will notify you to reconfirm the address for reshipment.
- Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, we will refund the product amount minus initial shipping fees and any return shipping fees incurred.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- PO boxes (unless explicitly allowed by your country’s postal service)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (unless stated otherwise)
- Countries under international trade sanctions or embargoes
Certain bulky women’s outerwear or special-order items may have additional shipping restrictions; details are noted on individual product pages.
